Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BIJOYWEB, we are committed to providing high-quality web development services. However, we understand that circumstances may require cancellations or refunds.

1. Service Cancellation

• Clients may request cancellation of services by emailing us at Bijoydas78639@gmail.com or calling 6297269804.

• Cancellation requests will only be accepted before the project development work has started.

• Once the project is in progress, cancellations are not allowed.

2. Refund Policy

• If cancellation is approved before work starts, the full amount (after deducting transaction/administrative charges, if any) will be refunded.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 6–7 business days from the date of approval.

• No refund will be provided once the project has been delivered or completed.

• Setup/consultation charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Project timelines are discussed and agreed upon before starting the work.

• Delays caused due to incomplete information, late approvals, or unresponsiveness from the client are not eligible for refunds.

4. Disputes

• All refund or cancellation-related concerns must be raised in writing to Bijoydas78639@gmail.com.

• We will ensure fair and transparent resolution of disputes.
